Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate age-appropriate, engaging digital curriculum and learning resources for online delivery.
• Coordinate and support a team of remote early years educators, providing guidance and professional development.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of online learning programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage communication channels between parents, educators, and the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Proven experience in developing and managing online educational programs or content.
• Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
