A small, fast-paced business is seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to manage social media, create visual assets, and keep the team organized. The role is part-time, fully remote, and requires a proactive individual with attention to detail.
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can take ownership, move fast, and get things done independently for a small fast-paced business.
Manage and schedule social media content (mainly LinkedIn)
Create basic visual assets using Canva or similar
Keep founders organised in tasks, tools, follow-ups, etc.
Spot problems and take initiative to solve them
Handle sensitive info with discretion and integrity
You follow through on what you say you’ll do
You’re proactive and you figure things out
You have design and social media experience (and pick things up fast)
You’re available consistently during agreed-upon hours
You are happy to get stuff done with minimal supervision
Part-time (10–15 hrs/week to start, could be ideal to fit around school runs)
Fully remote
Flexible hours, as long as deadlines are met
