As a Virtual Assistant, you'll provide seamless administrative and operational support to businesses and individuals, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your tasks will include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting various administrative functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Calendar & Inbox Management: Handle scheduling, emails, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  2. Administrative Support: Coordinate appointments, manage online errands, and maintain organization.
  3. Communication & Research: Handle calls, set reminders, and conduct research for reports and presentations.
  4. File & Meeting Management: Organize digital files, prepare documents, and take detailed meeting minutes.
  5. Travel & Event Coordination: Book travel, schedule webinars, and manage logistics.
  6. Basic Financial Admin & CRM Management: Experience with invoicing, CRM systems, and financial records is a plus.
  7. Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is beneficial.
