Work Hours : Monday to Friday 7 : 00 am 3 : 00 pm or 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (Flexible)

Salary Range : $1000 $1300 per month (depending on experience)

We take pride in delivering fast reliable service for home cleanouts demolition projects and contractor jobs of all sizes. Our goal is to treat every customer with the respect they deserve while protecting their property and getting the job done right.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing dumpster rental business. You will be the first point of contact for our customers handling incoming calls scheduling rentals and pickups and ensuring smooth communication between the business and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small growing company where your contributions make a direct impact.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer 5 20 customer phone calls per day via Google Voice
  • Schedule dumpster dropoffs and pickups using Docket (training provided)
  • Create and send invoices as needed
  • Respond to basic customer questions and provide excellent service
  • Learn our service offerings and take initiative in managing daytoday tasks
  • Optional : Assist with social media or marketing initiatives as the role evolves

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Friendly customerfirst attitude and strong problemsolving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn the business and take initiative
