Our Customer Consultants play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. It’s all about the customer and providing seamless experiences for them when it comes to their finances, making banking less meh and more yeah! From everyday banking transactions to support with our mobile apps, they provide heartfelt service from the moment you walk through the door. If you are passionate about customer service and going the extra mile to make customers happy, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
  1. Being the first point of contact and welcoming customers to the branch
  2. Helping customers use digital services, educating them on the benefits of digital banking, and guiding them through the process
  3. Resolving customer queries with banking
  4. Having great conversations to understand customer needs and desires, then using your knowledge of our products and services to find the best solutions
  5. Using compassion and empathy to support vulnerable customers
  6. Collaborating with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers speak to the right person for advice, either in person or by phone
  7. Acting as an ambassador for Virgin Money, showcasing our work and spreading the word through events in branch and the local community
We need you to have
  • Experience or a passion for working in customer service, with a desire to deliver excellent service
  • Insatiable curiosity, asking questions and seeking the best solutions for customers
  • Great communication skills and the ability to engage with various personalities
  • A flexible, positive approach to meet customer needs and business demands
  • Genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and achieving goals
  • Keen interest in digital technology and staying updated on new developments

It’s a bonus if you have, but not essential:
