The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of high-profile individuals, celebrities, corporate executives, and dignitaries.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or executive protection.
2. Proven track record of providing VIP protection services with a focus on discretion, professionalism, and adaptability.
3. Completion of relevant training programs in VIP protection, security tactics, defensive driving, and first aid/CPR.
4. Possession of valid PSIRA certifications, Competency for business purposes, and any related to security operations.
5. Excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that may involve standing, walking, running, and physically demanding situations.
6. Agility and quick reflexes to respond effectively to security threats or emergencies.
7. Proficiency in risk assessment, threat analysis, and security protocols.
8. Familiarity with surveillance techniques, access control, and perimeter defense strategies.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to maintain clear and concise communication under pressure and in high-stress situations.
11. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
12. Professional appearance, with the ability to represent the organization and its clients with integrity and respect.
13. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other security personnel, clients, and external stakeholders.
14. Willingness to follow instructions and support team members in achieving common security objectives.
15. Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on client schedules and security needs.
16. Availability for domestic and international travel as required.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and develop effective countermeasures.
18. Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced and unpredictable environments.
19. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations governing security operations.
20. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the organization and its clients.

Compensation will be negotiable during interviews and will be dependent on experience.
