You’ll be the trusted point of contact for VIPs, ensuring tailored communication, exclusive rewards, and unforgettable experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players, acting as their dedicated point of contact.
- Delivering tailored promotions, rewards, and experiences that strengthen loyalty.
- Providing proactive, personalised communication to meet player needs.
- Managing the VIP program, ensuring segmentation, tiering, and reward structures maximise value.
- Partnering with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exclusive campaigns and events.
- Ensuring priority service and swift resolution of issues for all VIPs.
- Tracking player activity, analysing trends, and reporting on KPIs including retention, ARPU, churn, and lifetime value.
- Using insights to improve VIP services and maximise ROI.
- Ensuring all VIP activity is conducted in line with compliance and responsible gaming standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a VIP Manager, VIP Executive, or Account Manager in iGaming, sports betting, or luxury services.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
- Commercially minded with a track record of driving retention and revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident, articulate, and empathetic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, live-event-driven environment.
- Multilingual abilities (European or African languages) will be advantageous.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in VIP management, customer experience, or account management.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools.
