The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, providing world-class service, resolving player queries, and proactively engaging VIPs to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, understanding their preferences to offer personalized service.
  • Deliver top-tier support across multiple communication channels, including calls, live chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Conduct outbound communication to keep players engaged, promote offers, and ensure a seamless gaming experience.
  • Implement tailored strategies to boost player loyalty, minimize churn, and enhance overall engagement.
  • Handle and resolve player queries efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Track player activity and satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations to enhance engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including CRM, marketing, and compliance, to ensure a seamless player journey.
  • Maintain high communication standards and adhere to company policies while identifying areas for service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Player Management within iGaming.
  • Strong customer service background, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with experience collaborating across departments.
  • Passion for delivering VIP-level service and building long-term player relationships.
