Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking a hands-on Vineyard Supervisor to allocate daily tasks, supervise vineyard workers, and oversee pruning, canopy management and other seasonal activities. You will coordinate harvesting teams, monitor work quality, assist with irrigation and vineyard upkeep, ensure safety and report progress to farm management, and help with planning and team training.

The role requires strong leadership, practical vineyard knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors under harvest

Qualifications

• Previous vineyard experience including team supervision.
• Practical knowledge of vineyard maintenance and seasonal operations.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to plan work and monitor standards.
• Willingness to work outdoors and accommodate harvest demands.
• Identify operational issues and report them promptly.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily tasks and supervise vineyard workers.
• Oversee pruning, canopy management and other seasonal activities.
• Coordinate harvesting teams and monitor work quality.
• Assist with irrigation monitoring and vineyard upkeep.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely.
