Our client is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Villa Manager to oversee and elevate the luxury experience at their stunning estate in Stellenbosch. You will be the heartbeat of the villa, ensuring every guest has a seamless, unforgettable stay, from beautifully prepared meals to top-tier service and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Guest Experience : Welcome and host high-profile guests, ensure their needs are met, and manage their stay from arrival to departure.
  2. Events & Kitchen : Plan and coordinate events; manage kitchen operations; work with chefs; coordinate intimate dinners or special events.
  3. Administration & Budgets : Oversee inventory, track expenses, manage wine sales, and compile budgets.
  4. Team Management : Lead a small team of housekeepers, groundskeepers, and security staff, creating a culture of excellence.
  5. Compliance & Maintenance : Ensure the villa meets health and safety standards, schedule maintenance, and manage estate infrastructure.
  6. Brand Ambassador : Represent the brand during guest interactions.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in hospitality, luxury property, or villa management
  • Confident in managing kitchen logistics, event planning, budgeting, and staff supervision
  • Able to maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours based on guest schedules
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with food safety standards
