Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead villa staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and other team members.
- Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repairs to keep the property in pristine condition.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supply orders for the villa.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Maintain excellent communication with guests to anticipate and meet their needs.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Villa Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
