Job Summary

Manage all villa operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and lead villa staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and other team members.
  2. Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or complaints efficiently.
  3. Ensure timely maintenance and repairs to keep the property in pristine condition.
  4. Manage budgets, inventory, and supply orders for the villa.
  5. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
  6. Maintain excellent communication with guests to anticipate and meet their needs.
  7. Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Skills
