Growth Resourcing are seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor / Videographer who also has proven experience in podcast production to join our creative team. This role combines hands-on video creation with post-production editing and audio-visual storytelling.

You’ll be responsible for filming and editing high-quality video and podcast content across various platforms, helping to bring our brand to life. This is a dynamic, creative role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating content that informs, inspires, and engages. You’ll spend the majority of your time editing content and using long videos to create shorts for YouTube and social media. You will create a variety of educational, funny, testimonials, and live videos that help to share our story with the world. You will also film videos for YouTube and social media.

Role Responsibilities

• Film and edit videos for a variety of uses
  
• Record, edit, and publish high-quality podcast episodes (audio and video), including intro/outro design, sound mixing, and noise reduction.
  
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during in-studio or on-location shoots.
  
• Edit content for multiple formats: long-form videos, reels, YouTube, TikTok, IGTV, etc.
  
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to storyboard, plan, and execute visual content.
  
• Add motion graphics, captions, and branding elements to video content.
  
• Maintain consistent visual and audio standards that align with brand identity.
  
• Manage and organise digital assets, footage, and project files efficiently.
  
• Stay updated on current video, audio, and content trends to keep our output fresh and competitive.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, videography, and audio production.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of video work, including podcast content.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) or Final Cut Pro.
  
• Experience with podcast production workflows: from audio capture to final episode delivery.
  
• Knowledge of audio editing, EQ, leveling, and sound optimization techniques.
  
• Comfortable working with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and microphones.
  
• Strong understanding of editing for different platforms and formats (e.g., YouTube vs. TikTok).
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling instincts.
  
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video performance optimization.
  

Desirable Skills

• Motion graphics or animation experience.
  
• Experience in live-streaming setups or multi-camera podcast production.
