About the Role
Globaltrack is a South African technology company innovating in the logistics and transport sector. We're on the hunt for a talented and hands-on Video Content Creator to shape how our story is seen and heard across platforms. If you live and breathe visual storytelling and thrive behind the camera and in the editing suite, this role is for you.
As our in-house Video Content Creator, you’ll be central to producing engaging, high-quality video content that elevates our brand, educates our users, and brings our company culture to life. This full-time, on-site position is based at our Sandton office and offers the opportunity to create a wide variety of video content that spans interviews, product demos, training material, and social campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Film, edit, and produce a range of video content — including interviews, behind-the-scenes, product showcases, team stories, and customer spotlights
- Lead the creation and repurposing of video content for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Develop short-form clips, reels, and structured explainer videos to support learning and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce visual material for onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing
- Write sharp video titles, captions, and descriptions tailored to each platform
- Maintain and manage a content calendar with a strong focus on video output
- Track the performance of video content and refine production strategies based on results and feedback
What You Bring
- Proven experience filming and editing video content for social and educational use
- Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- A strong eye for visual storytelling, framing, lighting, and sound
- Ability to independently plan and execute shoots with a creative and strategic mindset
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for short-form copy and video scripts
- An understanding of how to tailor video content for different audiences and platforms
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Background in tech, SaaS, or logistics
- Experience creating e-learning or instructional videos
- Skills in basic graphic design (Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Exposure to founder-led or B2B brand storytelling
- A portfolio showcasing your video production work
