Air Liquide in South Africa seeks a Homecare Advisor to deliver VA medical products to patients' homes, ensure comfort with equipment, and provide education on the safe operation of home oxygen therapies. This role also handles patient administration and monthly follow-ups, with emphasis on accuracy and compassionate care.

You will build relationships, support new customers, coordinate CPAP and insulin pump demonstrations, ensure monthly state reporting, and be available for on-call support,

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse degree or diploma required.
• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Respiratory Care.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Knowledge of VA Safety procedures and patient care principles.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver VA medical products to patients' homes.
• Educate patients on safe operation of home oxygen therapies.
• Handle patient administration and monthly follow ups.
• Titrate downloads, schedule CPAP and routine visits.
• Maintain stock counts and manage the patient list.
• Be available on call 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays.
