Air Liquide in South Africa is seeking a Homecare Advisor to link our team with the veterans we serve, delivering essential medical products to patients' homes and ensuring comfort with equipment.

You will educate patients on safe operation of home oxygen therapies, manage patient lists, support both existing and new customers, and coordinate timely deliveries and follow-ups while upholding safety standards and accurate stock control.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Respiratory Care.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage patient care.
• Knowledge of VA safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Deliver VA medical products to patients' homes.
• Educate patients on safe operation of home oxygen therapies.
• Handle administrative tasks related to patients and follow-ups.
• Manage existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Coordinate deliveries and set appointments for CPAP and sleep studies.
• Ensure timely delivery and connection of equipment.
