This role involves generating sales while ensuring high standards of customer service through exceptional itineraries. You will collaborate closely with agents, maintain booking accuracy, and stay updated on product offerings. Primary Purpose: To generate and grow sales whilst maintaining required GP%, great relationships in the privately guided agent division and high-level customer service by offering world-class itineraries to exceed agent & guests' expectations. To secure, cost and present product to the agent / guest accurately, efficiently, and timeously by creating inspirational luxury travel.
Location: This position is based in Cape Town.
