Job summary

First Degree Recruitment is hiring a Motor Vehicle Technician for a vehicle dealership in Johannesburg. You will perform general service and maintenance, carry out diagnostics and fault finding, and test repairs on vehicles booked into the workshop.

The ideal candidate holds a Motor Mechanic Trade certificate, has 4–5 years of technician experience in a dealership or service centre, and holds a valid South Africa driver’s license with a clean criminal record.

Qualifications

• Qualified as Motor Mechanic with a Trade certificate.
• Mechanical engineering certificate would be beneficial.
• 4 to 5 years’ experience as technician with a Vehicle Dealership or Service centre.
• Valid SA Driver’s License and Clear criminal record.
• Solid track record and references.
