Vehicle Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and motivated Vehicle Sales Executive to join a luxury brand dealership in Stellenbosch.

Role Objective:

Act as a brand ambassador to maximise sales opportunities with optimal profitability and customer satisfaction and ensure achievement of monthly sales objectives and targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate – Grade 12
• 2 to 5 years’ sales experience within the motor dealership industry is essential
• Valid driver’s licence
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Maximise prospect leads and repeat business through internal and external lead sources including Focus Pro system
• Achieve monthly sales targets on unit volumes and gross profit
• Manage the full sales process efficiently on all relevant systems including NRSM, Focus Pro and E-Master
• Handle customer communications in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on both company and competitor vehicles
• Present and display vehicles effectively including professional handovers and post-sale follow-up
• Ensure accurate deal file documentation and process compliance
• Promote dealer products and services including vehicle extras, accessories and lifestyle products
• Attend relevant company training and development sessions
• Implement and adhere to dealership and company operational standards and communications
