Qualifications

  • Proven experience in vehicle sales (minimum 5-10 years).
  • Valid Driver’s License (Code 8 / B) required.

Job description

Are you passionate about cars and driven by sales targets? Do you have a flair for customer service and closing deals? We're looking for a motivated and professional Car Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options

Demonstrate and test drive vehicles with clients

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet monthly targets

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, specs, and industry trends

Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation

Work closely with the F&I Manager and Sales Team

Minimum Requirements :

Proven experience in vehicle sales (minimum 5-10 years)

Matric / Grade 12

Valid Driver’s License (Code 8 / B)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Strong customer service focus

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
