We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team in Oudtshoorn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Performance : Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable vehicle options.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively present to customers.
- Test Drives : Arrange and conduct test drives, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries.
- Finance & Documentation : Assist customers with finance options and ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed.
- Follow-Up : Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Minimum Requirements :
- Education : Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years' experience in vehicle sales within a franchised dealership environment.
- Licenses : Valid driver's license (Code B or higher).
- Language Proficiency : Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Skills : Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in dealership management systems.
