Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell vehicles
  • Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of various vehicle models
  • Conduct test drives and provide customers with a positive buying experience
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner
  • Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably in a dealership setting
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
