Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in vehicle preparation, works neatly and efficiently under pressure, and can identify imperfections before the spray booth. Must understand sanding grades and preparation processes and be reliable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in vehicle preparation and flatting.
• Experience in an approved panel shop.
• Skilled in flatting, sanding, masking preparation and surface preparation.
• Able to prepare repaired panels correctly before painting.
• Understand different sanding grades and preparation processes.
• Identify imperfections before the vehicle enters the spray booth.
• Work neatly, efficiently and to a high quality standard.
