We are on the hunt for 2 motivated and dynamic individuals to join our client's team as Vehicle Evaluators / Buyers.

The successful candidates will be responsible for appraising, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles while identifying any previous accident damage or paintwork. If you have a passion for cars and strong negotiation skills, this is your opportunity to thrive in a high-energy automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and appraise vehicles accurately based on current market trends and condition.
• Identify signs of previous accident damage or paintwork.
• Negotiate purchase prices with sellers and close deals efficiently.
• Work closely with the sales and auction team to ensure quality vehicle selection.
• Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle models, prices, and condition standards.
• Provide feedback on vehicle condition and suitability for resale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle suppliers and sellers.
• Adhere to company procedures and evaluation standards.
• Drive company vehicles during work hours (weekdays only).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vehicle appraisal, evaluation, or car buying.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify accident repairs or paintwork.
• Solid vehicle knowledge (all makes and models).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid South African Driver’s License.
• Comfortable working in a lead-driven, performance-focused environment.
• Must be available to start immediately.
