The Vehicle Clerk will be responsible for managing all vehicle-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing general administrative support for the vehicle department.
Responsibilities :
Process vehicle registrations, renewals, and transfers
Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related documentation
Ensure all vehicles meet legal and safety requirements
Coordinate vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules
Assist with vehicle inventory management and reporting
Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle documentation and registration
Provide administrative support to the vehicle department as needed
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a vehicle-related role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
