- Ensure leads on the Weelee online portal are capable of purchase, then forward to Online or Auction teams.
- Ensure world-class customer service at all customer interfaces.
- Build customer interest and provide personalized service of the highest level.
- Deal with clients empathetically, professionally, and respectfully.
- Arrange appointments, evaluate vehicles, and negotiate best prices.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently via email and phone.
- Create or improve feedback procedures for clients.
- Respond to clients within the company standard TAT (24 hours) across all platforms.
- Perform ad-hoc functions such as processing customer accounts and filing documents.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow all processes and ensure documentation compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accuracy of documentation; this is critical and non-negotiable.
- Comply with management's instructions and requests.
- Report deviations and suspicious activities immediately.
