Key performance areas:

  1. Contribute to the achievement of profit targets.
  2. Follow up with clients when deals are accepted, negotiate on pricing.
  3. Ensure understanding of the latest market trends to assist in vehicle pricing.
  4. Ensure appointments are made.
  5. Continuously follow up with dealers, sales, and dealer agents to ensure leads are actioned.
  6. Stay updated on vehicle brands and prices available in the market.
  7. Ensure leads on the Weelee online portal are capable of purchase, then forward to Online or Auction teams.
  8. Ensure world-class customer service at all customer interfaces.
  9. Build customer interest and provide personalized service of the highest level.
  10. Deal with clients empathetically, professionally, and respectfully.
  11. Arrange appointments, evaluate vehicles, and negotiate best prices.
  12. Communicate effectively and efficiently via email and phone.
  13. Create or improve feedback procedures for clients.
  14. Respond to clients within the company standard TAT (24 hours) across all platforms.
  15. Perform ad-hoc functions such as processing customer accounts and filing documents.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  17. Follow all processes and ensure documentation compliance with company policies.
  18. Maintain accuracy of documentation; this is critical and non-negotiable.
  19. Comply with management's instructions and requests.
  20. Report deviations and suspicious activities immediately.
