About the Role

Countless Recovery Management (CRM) is expanding its elite national partner network of Vehicle Asset Recovery Agents. These are exclusive mandates operating under stringent SLA and compliance frameworks in partnership with all four major banks.

This is a contract-based opportunity for professionals with an existing footprint in the VAF recovery sector. Agents must demonstrate proven performance, compliance discipline, and regional mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field tracing, vehicle inspections, and secure recoveries under CRM workflows.
• Engage professionally with clients, debtors, and enforcement authorities.
• Maintain full compliance with recovery protocols, timelines, and ethical codes.
• Operate within a designated regional cost centre using CRM-supplied trace tools.
• Provide consistent reporting, administrative updates, and recovery intelligence.

Minimum Requirements

All candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Asset Finance recoveries, with direct experience with all 4 major financiers and their processes.
• Valid CDC certification (Compulsory Debt Collector).
• Valid South African driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential).

• Sound understanding of the following Compliance frameworks:

• CDC Code of Conduct

• Road Traffic Act

• POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)

• National Credit Act (NCA)

• Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Policy

• Solid operational and case management skills.

• Full criminal, credit, and compliance vetting will be performed—written consent is required.
