VDI Stack Monitoring Specialist (Senior)

Join our dynamic team as a VDI Stack Monitoring Specialist and drive excellence in managing and optimizing virtual desktop infrastructures.

Leverage your expertise in Azure and VMware technologies to ensure seamless operation, proactive monitoring, and innovative improvements of our global VDI platforms.

Position Info:

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in VMWare Horizon Cloud, preferably Next Gen
• Knowledge of VMWare Workspace ONE Access and Unified Endpoint Management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Experience with VMWare Intelligence and Freestyle
• Experience operating Windows Servers (version >)
• Experience troubleshooting and patch management for Windows 10 / 11 OS
• Experience with Active Directory and GPO
• Experience with monitoring tools (Aternity, SCOM, Azure, Nagios, Dynatrace, etc.)
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management)
• Ability to plan and execute maintenance and lifecycle tasks
• Experience resolving incident and problem tickets

Advantageous Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with cloud providers like Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Operation and maintenance of VDI technologies (Microsoft and VMware Horizon)
• Knowledge of automated problem remediation and machine learning for data analytics
• Understanding of REST API technology
