Job summary

Overlake Clinics is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team at Factoria, WA, with a secondary site in Bellevue. The role covers the full breadth of vascular services, including limb salvage, aorta and carotid treatment, and vein work.

Compensation ranges from $475,000 to $550,000 annually, with up to 6.5 weeks PTO, CME allowance, relocation assistance, and retirement benefits. Washington physician license is required by time of hire.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school required.
• Completion of a US Residency and Fellowship Program required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery required.
• Washington physician license by time of hire required.
• Four+ years of experience post fellowship strongly preferred.
• Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full breadth of vascular services offered, with focus on limb salvage, aorta, carotid, varicose vein and DVT treatment.
• Call: 1 in 4 weekdays / 1 in 4 weekends (home call, 24-hour coverage).
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic/cardiovascular service line in a hybrid OR and vascular lab setting.

Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Vascular Surgeon to join our growing practice located in Factoria, WA.

Join a multidisciplinary team working alongside three experienced vascular surgeons and three advanced practice providers in a supportive environment that values collaboration, exceptional care, and professional growth.

Position Details

• Full-time (32 patient contact hours per week)
• Full breadth of vascular services offered, with a focus on limb salvage, aorta, carotid, varicose vein, and DVT treatment.
• Call: 1 in 4 weekdays / 1 in 4 weekends (home call, 24-hour coverage)
• State-of-the-art facilities: Hybrid OR, cath lab, vein treatment room and vascular lab. Integration with cardiothoracic/cardiovascular service line.
• Primary site: Factoria, WA
• Secondary site: Bellevue, WA

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $475,000–$550,000 annual starting salary
• Paid Time Off: Up to 6.5 weeks
• Continuing Medical Education: 1 week + $5,000 CME allowance
