What will you do?

In this VAPS Sales Agent role, you will upsell by persuading both existing and new MiWay clients to purchase our Value Added Products by optimizing each lead or call received.
Maintaining high productivity daily and monthly by providing quality service to external and internal customers and ensuring accuracy in data recording.

What will make you successful in this role?

Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
• RE5 Certificate (as per DOFA date)
• STI FAIS credits (as per DOFA date)

Minimum Experience

• At least 2 years of call centre sales experience
• Previous short-term insurance experience
• Experience in upselling or VAPS in a target-driven environment
• Ability to multitask and cope with pressure
• Punctuality and self-management skills

Knowledge and Skills include undertaking outbound tele-sales, servicing inbound client queries, administration, quality, compliance, and accreditation.
Personal Attributes include effective communication, situational adaptability, action orientation, and persuasion.
