We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Van Sheet Clerk.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Tertiary education will be an added advantage)
  • 1 year of experience with accounting knowledge
Duties & Responsibilities
Van Sheet Processing
  • Process driver Van Sheets and internal documents accurately to meet the expectations of the Van Sheet Supervisor (Stock in van, Credit notes, Credit returns, manual invoices, etc.)
  • Complete all processing for the previous day on time.
  • Maintain good relations with drivers and assist them with driver queries related to their van sheets.
  • Finalize Driver’s / IDC’s reconciliation on time, ensuring it is accurately signed by both the driver / IDC and the recon clerk daily.
  • Immediately report any pricing differences to the relevant responsible person and the Van Sheet Supervisor.
  • Scan all PODs (Invoices and external documentation) daily on Capisol and clear the Capisol queue daily.
  • Ensure that credit note numbers are recorded on the relevant claim documents.
  • Scan all Claims on Capisol, match each claim with the relevant credit note number, and verify before starting the current day’s work.
  • Confirm that payments have been processed and are visible.
