Job summary

OVK Bedryf BPK is seeking energetic matriculants for a motors department trainee program. Participants will receive in-service training to excel in specified areas and will earn a certificate upon successful completion, registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF).

Minimum requirements include Grade 12 with Afrikaans, English, Maths/Technical subjects and an N2 Motor Mechanic, with a valid driver’s license advantageous. Training through Toyota's TALA Academy will be provided.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Afrikaans, English and Maths and/or Technical subjects.
• N2 (Motor Mechanic) qualification.
• Valid driver’s license considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Ons is op soek na energieke en dinamiese matrikulante wie gretig is om ‘n loopbaan in die motors afdeling van landbou te volg. Kandidate sal in‑dienst opleiding ontvang om hulle in ‘n gegewe rigting te help presteer asook die geleentheid gee om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer. Na suksesvolle voltooing van die program sal kandidate ‘n sertifikaat ontvang wat hulle vlak van prestasie sal aandui en sal op die Nasionale Kwalifikasie Raamwerk geregistreer word.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12 met Afrikaans, Engels en Wiskunde en/of Tegniese vakke;
• N2 (motorwerktuigkundige);
• Geldige rybewys sal as aanbeveling dien.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
• Syfervaardig;
• Goeie organisasie vermoë;
• Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede.
