About the role:

You will ensure the effective drafting and communication of app content that aligns product offerings, reinforces brand consistency, and supports the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A relevant completed tertiary qualification i.e communications, journalism, marketing
• 3 Years experience as a UX writer within the financial / Insurance industry
• Experience in Figma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (e.g. Sharepoint, WordPress)
• Familiarity with corporate tone, brand voice and internal communication protocols

• UX Writing techniques and methodologies
• Internal communication and business processes
