Job summary

Flash is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of our products and services. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to create simple, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile.

Required: a portfolio with documented UI/UX case studies, 2-5 years’ experience, and strong Figma skills. The role involves contributing to a shared design system and advancing design workflows with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• A comprehensive portfolio with documented UI/UX case studies.
• Proficient in Figma (required) and other relevant software.
• Fully integrated with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver UI/UX solutions from wireframes through to production-ready assets across web and mobile.
• Develop, maintain, and champion a shared design system and pattern library for consistency.
• Create interactive prototypes of varying fidelity for user testing and feedback cycles.
• Conduct and analyse user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, solutions architects, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define, document and present flows for seamless developer handover.
• Conduct peer design reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Regularly audit products for usability and accessibility improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends, including AI-assisted design workflows.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or another relevant subject
