Role Overview:

As a UX / UI Designer, you will play a key role in creating seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring that the digital products they deliver are both visually appealing and easy to navigate. You'll collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure that design concepts are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and create user interfaces for mobile apps and websites using Figma.
2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction and visual design concepts clearly.
3. Conduct user research to gather insights, define personas, and validate design solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, project managers) to bring ideas to life.
5. Maintain consistency in design across projects while adhering to the brand's visual language and style guidelines.
6. Create user-centered designs, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
7. Participate in usability testing and provide design recommendations based on feedback.
8. Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure their products are innovative and user-friendly.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work (web and mobile).
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (primary tool), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
3. Solid understanding of UX principles, including usability, interaction design, and user-centered design.
4. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
5. Knowledge of responsive design practices and mobile-first design principles.
6. Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with developers, project managers, and other team members.
7. Attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and high-quality outputs.
8. Experience in user testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs based on insights.
9. A strong understanding of design systems and how to implement them across various projects.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of accessibility best practices in UX / UI design.
2. Understanding of design trends, animation principles, and motion design.
