About the Role

We're on the hunt for a creative, detail-obsessed UX / UI Designer who's passionate about crafting intuitive, modern, and delightful digital experiences.

In this role, you'll take ideas from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to life that are not only functional but truly enjoyable to use.

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Design engaging, user-centered web and mobile interfaces from initial sketches to polished visuals.
2. Build wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that communicate ideas and guide product direction.
3. Lead or participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
4. Translate complex requirements into clean, seamless user journeys.
5. Partner with developers to bring your designs to life with pixel-perfect execution.
6. Use data and feedback to iterate quickly and refine your designs.
7. Evolve and maintain a cohesive design system while exploring new creative directions.

What We're Looking For:

1. 3+ years of experience in UX / UI design with a portfolio that showcases your process and impact.
2. Advanced proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
3. Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction best practices.
4. Strong visual design skills; you have a keen eye for layout, typography, and color.
5. Excellent communicator who can justify design choices and collaborate across teams.
6. Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with agile workflows and product development cycles is a bonus.

Even Better If You Have:

1. Experience with micro-interactions or motion design.
2. Comfort with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS).
3. Background in designing for e-commerce, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms.
