Job Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, finance, or cryptocurrency-related products.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, ideally with examples of financial or trading platforms.
3. Demonstrated interest in finance and cryptocurrency, with an understanding of trading workflows and user needs in the crypto space.
4. Proven ability to empathise with users, conduct research, and design solutions that address real customer pain points.
5. Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, delivering designs that are both beautiful and practical under tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
7. Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to bring designs to life.
8. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where speed and adaptability are essential.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for users.
10. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, colour theory, and layout.
11. Hands-on experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, or analysing user feedback.
12. Ability to incorporate analytics and user data into design decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for cryptocurrency exchange features, ensuring usability and accessibility for both beginner and pro customers.
2. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to address customer pain points and enhance the trading experience.
3. Design intuitive interfaces for complex financial workflows, such as trading dashboards, order books, portfolio tracking, and transaction flows, with a deep understanding of financial user needs.
4. Deliver designs that are both visually appealing and functional, prioritising speed and efficiency to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving crypto environment.
5. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints and business objectives.
6. Leverage or contribute to our design system and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
7. Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry trends in the crypto and emerging technologies in the finance space.
8. Keep up with the latest trends in UX/UI design, cryptocurrency, and financial technology to bring fresh ideas to the table.
9. Translate complex cryptocurrency concepts (e.g., wallets, transactions, staking, pro trading) into simple, user-friendly designs.
