Job description

We are currently looking for a UX / UI Designer to join the Ditto product team. In this role, we are looking for an individual who will drive the design of our core products. You will work on three of our core products, including a stealth project launching later this year.

What you’ll do :

• Understand the insights and needs of our users.
• Participate actively in the ideation, strategy, and design of our products, features, and user journeys.
• Conduct research, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and collaborate with engineers to ship great features and products.
• Design reusable components.
• Develop and maintain standardized UI kits and design guidelines.
• Implement and maintain design systems.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design consistency.
• Design and prototype user interfaces.
• Ensure best design practices are followed continuously.
• Assist in quality assurance processes.

What you’ll need :

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (less if your previous work is exceptional).
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with teams.
• Excitement about building new things.
• Strong communication, design, and creative thinking skills.
• Extensive experience using Figma.
