About the Role

We're looking for a UX Researcher with a strong foundation of core research methods and growing skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights, co-lead problem exploration, and contribute to workshops and strategy. Candidates should be able to identify and apply research frameworks, navigate basic research operations, and are familiar with tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or similar, and bring a drive to grow while contributing to inclusive, impactful user research.

Responsibilities

• Developing the ability to organise and execute research.
• Working with stakeholders to understand research questions to ensure that the research is aligned with business needs and objectives.
• Exploring data from analytics packages, customer insight, or other sources to understand the context of research work.
• Combining different types of data into coherent findings and making recommendations.
• Observing users and formulating relevant use cases to ensure that the product design meets user expectations and requirements.
• Using data to focus research efforts and confirm key metrics to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in UX Research or early career candidates with good placement experience in human factors.
• Experience working with a subset of UX research methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, workshops, and more.
• A demonstrable understanding of the nuances of researching in different contexts (remote/in person/unmoderated/moderated).
• B2B or professional services background.
