About the Role

As UX Designer I you will support local SA development teams to allow them to deliver autonomously, increase quality and velocity. You will also work with the wider global business. You will understand the scope of the work, its desired outcomes and ensure alignment with our Design System and global UX processes.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding how UI design impacts the overall user experience.
  • Identifying different creative solutions and looking for opportunities to develop new ideas or thinking within your role.
  • Iterating on defined user experience concepts and components for the product or project using tools such as wireframes, prototypes, and process flow diagrams.
  • Exploring data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand the context of research work.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX design or early career candidates with good placement experience in art/design.
  • Experience working in Figma.
  • Experience working with enterprise design systems.
  • B2B or professional services background.
  • A good portfolio showcasing full UX/UI lifecycle and delivery.
