  6. Participate in workshops and presentations, leading and facilitating discussions, developing relationships, and working towards positive outcomes.
  7. Be an ongoing learner about people, design, and technology, helping colleagues improve their design practices.
  8. Model positive, progressive ways of working across the business, fostering an environment that delivers quality at pace.
  9. Act as an ambassador for the experience design team, promoting the value of user-centered design internally and externally to attract more engagements.
  10. Stay curious, constructive, and open-minded.

  • Experience in planning and conducting research and user testing, from ethnographic studies to one-on-one testing.
  • Ability to create user journeys, information hierarchies, and experience design approaches at various fidelities for campaigns, product launches, and improvements.
  • Briefing teams and ensuring quality in outputs and deliverables.
