CBRE Excellerate in Johannesburg seeks an experienced utility data analyst to provide analysis of utility-related reports and assist with training across the utility spectrum. You will help with monthly reporting, metering validations, and ESG data analysis while supporting the leasing and admin teams.

The role requires a minimum of Grade 12 and 5+ years in the utility field, with strong knowledge of South African municipal procedures and Eskom tariffs.

Qualificações

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification and/or training.
• 5+ years relevant experience in the utility field.
• Knowledge of South African Municipal procedures and accounting processes.
• Detailed knowledge and experience working with Municipal and Eskom tariffs and bylaws.

Main Purpose / Objective of the Position

Provide analysis of utility related reports while ensuring all technical requirements are met. Assist and provide training across the utility spectrum.
