Job Description

This remote position requires travel within the U.S. Northeastern Region, with reimbursement for per diem and mileage. Please note, we are currently not actively recruiting for this role; applying expresses your interest for future consideration. The assignment is project-specific, lasting approximately 6 months to 1 year.

What you will be doing:

As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for renewable energy projects, support project managers, prepare real estate documents, conduct property research, communicate with property owners, and perform administrative tasks including legal document preparation, reporting, and correspondence.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and Dropbox or similar
