Qualifications

Job Description

This position is remote within the U.S. Northeastern Region, with travel required and expenses reimbursed as per project needs.

What you will be doing:

As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for renewable energy projects, support the Project Manager, prepare real estate documents, perform property research, and communicate with property owners. You will also handle administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence, attending meetings, managing data, and providing customer service.

  • At least 1 year of Right of Way acquisitions experience, including renewable energy projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Dropbox or equivalent.
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android) to access company systems.
