To oversee the day-to-day utilities administration of the managed properties. Provide business expertise on the BMS (building management system) and provide guidance and advice to centre, relevant parties, and service providers involved in the utilities meter reading, maintenance, and billing.
The key objective is to reduce the utility consumption through implementation of Sustainability initiatives and strategies including consistent monitoring of the BMS, HVAC, electricity, water usage and waste management to achieve savings and thereby maximising the property net income.
Salary: R50 000 – R60 000 Per Month.
