Job Overview Talent Evolution - Johannesburg, Gauteng Responsibilities Manage utility (Energy / water) consumption and costs effectively and efficiently.

Prepare and deliver monthly utilities, capital expenditure & sustainability reports as required.

Provide inputs during the preparation of plans and specifications, engineering studies, cost estimates, and material procurement.

Attend meetings, conduct research, compile information, complete special projects, and generate reports on utilities management.

Act as the organization's champion and representative on energy management and sustainability initiatives.

Ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Complete regular equipment inspections and update monthly reports as appropriate.

Ensure that necessary tenant installation criteria are effectively implemented in the operations department.

Monitor that the BMS systems at the managed centres are operational and report faulty equipment to centre management and a service provider.

Liaise with BMS service providers to enhance and implement systems.
