In this vein, they have created a new role reporting to the Senior Manager: Energy and Utilities.

This is your opportunity to take ownership, shape the success of this function, and drive efficiency in metering systems and utility recoveries across multiple properties. You will be responsible for:

1. Monitoring energy consumption
2. Optimising billing processes
3. Liaising with municipalities
4. Supporting carbon footprint reporting

By working closely with service providers and internal teams, you will drive operational efficiencies, improve information accuracy, and contribute to sustainability efforts.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in property management, with direct accountability for utilities—either within a property fund or via a service provider.

Strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are essential. Experience with utility systems is a plus.
