As a UTC ECP you will beconsidered a key person in day-to-day clinical leadership and expertise withinthe department.
You will be working autonomouslywithin your sphere of competency as a clinicianin adiverse,multi-skilled teamthat includes GPs, Advanced Practitioners, PhysicianAssociates, Paediatric ANPs, Emergency Practitioners and Live Well Coaches.
On each shift, you will provideexpert advice and second opinions for patients seen and treated by juniormembers of staff.

Person SpecificationQualificationsQualified Emergency Care Practitioner (Minor Injuries and Minor illnesses Level 6 or above)ExperienceMinimum 2 year experience of Primary, Urgent or Emergency Care within the last 5 years.Skills and KnowledgeKnowledge of clinical systems (EMIS / Cerner / Adastra / CLEO)Good interpersonal and patient care skillsAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersAbility to work as part of a team and autonomouslyAbility to work under pressure and to prioritise workloadAbility to maintain confidentialitySupport and develop the implementation of change processesOtherActive Professional Registration e.g.
