What you'll do

• Report to Senior Technical Instruction Designer
• Contribute to the design and usability of websites and web-based applications
• Identify interaction problems or points of improvement in user experience
• Design different layouts and graphics
• Write blurbs for the website
• Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Learn to use WordPress and Ceros tools
• Participate in the 2023 Graduate Program, which lasts 12 months
• Work from the Centurion or Cape Town office at least 3 days a week

You should have

• Any Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Designing, Learning Experience Design, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
• A strong customer-centric mindset
• South African Identification document
• CV and Cover Letter
