Responsibilities:
- Assisting all Arch System users with calls/queries that are logged on a day-to-day basis within SLA.
- Handling calls and queries related to Hardware, Arch Retail Software, and 3rd Party queries (Eft, Airtime, Loyalty, etc.).
- Utilizing investigative skills to resolve complex calls/queries and escalating those that cannot be resolved.
Qualifications:
- IT qualification.
- 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
