Job description

Sales Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and pre-owned sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross) as per shareholders and manufacturer requirements.

Marketing Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for increased customer interaction.

Leadership Create a team culture where customer experience and excellence is a focus. Motivate, lead, coach the sales team to exceed goals and targets.

Customer Care Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,

Pre-Owned Stock Management Ensure best stock purchases based on accurate residual values to assist the new car department. Aged stock management.

Performance Management - Coach team where necessary by providing constructive feedback and mutual productivity plans for effective performance. Continue to drive improvement in all aspects of the sales environment.

Financial Management Manage total financial and budgeting aspects of the department (Forecasting, OEM, Floorplan, Expenses, Stock holding)

Requirements :

  • Must have min Automotive Sales Management experience of 3 years+ at a franchise dealership
  • Experience within a high-volume brand
  • Pre-owned sales experience and residual value knowledge
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Ambitious, Self and Target Driven
